Glus has enjoyed success in his first seven seasons at the helm compiling an overall record of 183-139-1. The Lions have won 20 or more games in six of seven seasons under the North Braddock native, qualifying for the New Jersey Athletic Conference postseason tournament every year, including a pair of NCAA championship tournament berths. Coach Glus led TCNJ baseball to the 2008 and 2009 NCAA Regional Championship tournaments receiving an at-large bid in 2008 and an automatic bid in 2009 by winning the NJAC Championship tournament. That season marked the 19th appearance in the NCAA championship tournament in Lions' baseball program history. As an assistant coach, Glus helped lead the Lions to a pair of World Series appearances in 1991 and 2002. The Lions were the national runner-up in 1991, falling just one game short of the title. Glus is a former three-year letterwinner for the Mountaineers at Division I West Virginia University. As WVU's top reliever, Glus helped his teams earn NCAA Tournament bids in 1985 and 1987. In addition to his involvement with numerous TCNJ baseball camps and clinics, Glus also served as a national coach in Estonia, for the Junior and National baseball teams in the Baltic States in 1991. In 1996, Glus was appointed to serve as a coach with the Roberto Clemente All-Stars in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In the summer of 1997, he traveled to Guam and the Philippines while participating in Major League Baseball's International Asian tour. Glus married Kristen Coyne in November of 2006. They are the proud parents of their daughters, Brynna, who was born on August 31, 2010 and Addisyn, who was born January 30, 2012. Chris Collazo was named head coach of the TCNJ baseball team on August 4, 2025.   One of Monmouth’s all-time greats, Collazo makes his head coaching debut after more than a decade of success as an assistant in the Division I ranks.   "I’m excited to welcome Chris Collazo and his family to TCNJ,” TCNJ Director of Athletics Liz Shatkus said at Collazo's hiring. “He brings a strong focus on player development, innovative offensive strategy, and building a winning culture. With a relentless drive for success and a proven track record of winning wherever he has been, Chris is a fierce competitor and outstanding recruiter. I’m confident he will keep our baseball program thriving on the national stage."   Collazo returns to the Garden State after two seasons as an ACC assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, where he helped the Panthers achieve the highest RPI ranking in program history this past spring. Thanks in part to Collazo’s imprint in offensive development and game-planning, as well as infield defense and in-game defensive alignments, Pitt secured seven wins over nationally ranked teams and finished with a winning record for the first time in three years. One of Collazo’s mentees with the Panthers was Luke Cantwell, who was picked by the San Diego Padres in this summer’s MLB Draft and turned in a pair of prolific offensive campaigns under Collazo’s tutelage.   Collazo spent the 2023 campaign as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Delaware, playing an integral role in the program’s first 30-win season and a return to the CAA Tournament after a five-year absence. The Blue Hens finished fifth in Division I’s 7th-best conference, per RPI, and led the CAA in runs, hits, triples, RBIs, and walks while averaging nearly eight runs per game and producing three all-conference position players.   Collazo’s lengthiest coaching stint came at his alma mater, where he served as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator from 2015 to 2022. He designed Monmouth’s daily training and game programs, including year-long hitting routines and offensive strategy, while contributing to the organization and planning of annual fundraising events such as golf outings, Hit-A-Thons, and First Pitch Dinners. While with the Hawks, Collazo recruited and coached 17 All-MAAC position players, including 2022 MLB Draft picks Trey Dombrowski (4th round to the Astros) and Rob Hensey (9th round to the Reds), as well as three MAAC Pitchers of the Year, two MAAC Rookies of the Year, and a pair of Freshman All-Americans.    Monmouth achieved multiple 30-win seasons during Collazo’s tenure and was crowned regular-season champion of the MAAC in 2018, and the 2022 team broke the university’s home run record in the BBCOR Bat era alongside significant increases in a number of offensive categories.   Before his time as a coach at Monmouth, Collazo made stops at Division II Felician (2010-11) as well as Wagner (2012-14) and Villanova (2014-15), where he coached a pair of first team All-Big East standouts and created the offensive strategy that resulted in the Wildcats increasing their marks in nearly every offensive category while lowering their strikeout rate.    Collazo was a first-rate player at Monmouth, where he finished his career in 2009 with the most hits in program history (247). A two-time All-NEC selection who ranks as the team’s all-time leader in fielding percentage (.988) as a second baseman, Collazo led the Hawks to two NCAA Tournament appearances (2007, 2009) as well as an NEC Tournament title in 2009 and conference regular-season crown in 2008.   “It’s truly an honor to return home to New Jersey to lead the TCNJ baseball program,” Collazo said. “This program has a strong tradition, a proud history, and the pieces in place to compete at the highest level. Chris Reeder joined the TCNJ baseball staff as an assistant coach in 2025 following an illustrious playing career with the Lions from 2019-2024. He brings a combination of collegiate and professional playing experience and a deep passion for player development. In his first year on staff Reeder was primarily in charge of TCNJ's catchers, assisted with pitchers and hitters, and served as the team's first base coach. With his help, the Lions produced four All-NJAC players, four D3baseball.com All-Region IV selections, three ABCA/Rawlings All-Region IV honorees and one D3baseball.com & ABCA/Rawlings All-American. As a catcher at TCNJ, Reeder started 157 games behind the plate, racking up 962 putouts and a .988 fielding percentage. He finished ninth in program history in at-bats (610), 12th in doubles (37), 13th in RBIs (130), 18th in runs (137), and tied for 29th in hits (169). Overall, he batted .277 with 10 home runs and is the school's all-time leader in hit by pitch (52). A 2024 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection, Reeder was a part of two NJAC Champion teams in 2019 and 2023 and had his career capped off by joining elite company with a selection to the 2024 ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Team, recognizing him as the top defensive catcher in Division III.  Reeder has continued his baseball career at the professional level following graduation, playing for the Trenton Thunder in the MLB Draft League in 2024 before most recently playing with the New Jersey Jackals and the New York Boulders of the Frontier League. Reeder earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences with a second major in Psychology from The College of New Jersey in 2024.

Joe Godri will lead the TCNJ baseball team as interim head coach for the 2025 campaign. Godri most recently served as the head coach at Villanova University from 2002-2016 and becomes just the third Lions coach in the last 43 years.    Godri amassed 360 wins in 15 seasons at the helm of the Wildcats, guiding Villanova to two 30-win seasons and two appearances in the BIG EAST Championship during his tenure. His 360 career victories are the second-most in the history of the program.   Godri oversaw plenty of individual success with the Wildcats, coaching 28 All-BIG EAST selections and three All-Americans, with 24 players going on to get drafted into the pros. As a result, he was named to the USA Baseball selection committee in the summer of 2006, assisting in player selection for the collegiate National Team – a team that won gold in the World Championships held in Cuba.   Prior to his time at Villanova, Godri served as the head assistant coach at New Mexico State from 1994-97 where he helped the Aggies break into the national rankings for the first time in program history. He then spent one season as an associate scout for the Cleveland Indians, spending the next two years on the pitching staff at the University of Utah before beginning his long-standing tenure as the head coach of the Wildcats during the 2001-2002 academic year.   Following 26 consecutive years as a Division I coach, Godri briefly stepped away to serve as the Director of Athletics at Penn State Schuylkill from 2017-2021, but will make his return to the diamond to join a TCNJ program that is just two seasons removed from winning its eighth NJAC title since 2000.   Godri played collegiate baseball at Colorado State, earning his bachelor's degree in education from the University of Pittsburgh and his master's in marketing and management from New Mexico State.
