Thomas Dimitri
Assistant Coach
Dimitri has completed four seasons as an assistant coach of the Tigers track & field teams, working primarily with vertical jumps. Coach Dimitri has played a major role in the Tiger men's four consecutive Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships, and the women's team's three titles in four years. Trinity coaches were elected the SCAC Men's and Women's Coaching Staff of the Year in 2013, 2015, and 2016; and the Men's Staff of the Year in 2014. Coach Dimitri was a three-time NCAA Division III All-American in the pole vault, while competing for McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. He earned NCAA Outdoor All-America honors in 2009 and 2010, and Indoor accolades in 2010. Coach Dimitri also captured the American Southwest Conference pole vault title on three occasions. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and human performance (pre-professional concentration) from McMurry in 2010. After graduation, Coach Dimitri volunteered at Abilene Christian University as pole vault coach. Coach Dimitri holds a Level 1 Coaching Certificate from USA Track and Field. In addition, Coach Dimitri is a Certified Jump Specialist with the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Coach Dimitri and his wife, Rychelle, reside in San Antonio

Lauren Reich
Assistant Coach
Reich enters her second season as the assistant coach of the Trinity Tigers mens and womens cross country teams. The Mesa, Arizona, native also coaches distance runners on the Tigers mens and womens track & field teams. Prior to joining the Trinity staff, the versatile Coach Reich worked for five years as the store manager of iRun in San Antonio. She has worked extensively in developing training regimens for runners. including integrated video analysis of running biomechanics, and the development of personal fitness workouts. Coach Reich has delivered many lectures and conducted events for a variety of groups. Additionally, Coach Reich has worked for The Form Corp., with individual athletes from high schools and fitness centers. She has helped them develop and achieve specific biomechanical goals. Coach Reich is no stranger to Trinity, having assisted as a running form consultant for several Tiger runners over the last two years. Coach Reich also previously served as a volunteer assistant coach with Trinity in 2010 and 2011. Coach Reich was a gifted student-athlete at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010 in biology, with a minor in United States history. Coach Reich was an eight-time All-American at the NCAA Division III Championships. Her best finishes included second place in the Indoor mile, and 3rd place in the Outdoor 5k. Rounding out all three distance running disciplines, she also placed fourth at the 2009 NCAA Cross Country Championships. Additionally, as DePauw was a member of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, she was elected the 2010 SCAC Woman of the Year in 2010, and was the SCAC Runner of the Year in 2006 and 2009. Coach Reich is a nine-time SCAC champion in cross country and track.

Joe Meno
Coach
Meno focuses his attention on shot put, discus, the hammer throw, and the javelin. He has coached multiple Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference champions during his time at Trinity. The Tiger throws squad has been instrumental in multiple SCAC Men's and Women's team titles. In 2009, Coach Meno led Justin Campbell to a third-place finish in the discus, and Chris Baer to a No. 3 position in the javelin at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Coach Meno again guided Campbell to the 2013 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Matt Love placed 14th in the 2016 NCAA men's discus event. Coach Meno and his colleagues have been voted the SCAC Men's and Women's Staff of the Year in 2013, 2015, and 2016; and the Men's Staff of the Year in 2014. Coach Meno earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology, environmental science, and chemistry from Westmar (IA) University, as well as playing football on a full scholarship. After coaching at Moorpark High School (CA), the Meno family moved to Texas. Coach Meno later received a Master of Arts degree in education from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2007. Coach Meno and his wife of 17 years, Stephanie, have five children: Kalea, Kai, Keahi, Kanoa, and Kamalei.
