Harrelson is in her seventh season as the Memphis head coach in 2014-15 and continues to build the Lady Tigers golf program into a national force. In her first four seasons, Harrelson's Lady Tigers were not only been successful, but also consistent in their play. Harrelson's squads averaged seven top-10 finishes and four top-five performances per season. Overall, her clubs have a total of 29 top-10 showings and 16 top-five finishes, including seven tournament championships. The seven team titles in Harrelson's tenure are tied for the most in the program's history under one coach. The other head coach to lead Memphis women's golf to seven team crowns was Debby King from 1995-2001. Among those top-five showings were back-to-back-to-back fourth-place finishes in the last three Conference USA Championships. The three-straight, top-five C-USA Championships performances are the program's most since the Lady Tigers had seven-consecutive top-five showings from 1996-2002. In addition to team titles, the Lady Tigers have set school marks under Harrelson. Her Memphis squads hold the school's top-three lowest single-round scores, two of the lowest 36-hole scores (1st and 5th) and two of the 54-hole scores (both tied for 3rd). Individual golfers also have thrived under Harrelson's tutelage. Marissa Steen, a three-time All-Conference USA pick, holds the program's lowest (73.9) and third-lowest (74.9) season stroke average. A five-time C-USA Golfer of the Week recipient, Steen won six individual titles and was named to the 2011 C-USA All-Tournament Team. Kathleen Glavin won medalist honors once, and Alex Aläng posted the program's second-lowest, 54-hole C-USA Championships score at the 2010 event. The seven individual medalists under Harrelson are the most since King had 10 individual winners from 1995-2001. Harrelson's teams have also excelled in the classroom. The past three years (2010, 2011, 2012), the Lady Tigers received academic recognition from the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA), Conference USA and the NCAA. Harrelson's last three squads earned NGCA All-Scholar Team honors and C-USA Sport Academic Awards. The C-USA accolade is given to the team in each conference-sponsored sport with the highest grade-point average. For the third-straight year, the Lady Tigers received an NCAA Public Recognition Award for the program's multi-year Academic Progress Rate (APR). The awards are given to programs whose APR ranks among the top-10 percent in their sports. Harrelson's Lady Tigers also have earned individual academic accolades. Steen, a three-time C-USA All-Academic Team pick, became the program's first CoSIDA Academic All-District IV selection in 2011. Glavin was also named to the 2012 C-USA All-Academic Team. In the summer of 2012, six Lady Tigers were named NGCA All-American Scholar recipients, the most for a season in school history. Overall, six golfers have taken home 16 NGCA All-American Scholar distinction in the Harrelson era. The 2011-12 and 2009-10 campaigns were successful, but it was the in-between season -- 2010-11 -- that has been Harrelson's to date. In 2010-11, Memphis posted a school-record seven top-five finishes, including three tournament titles (Bobcat Invitational, UAB Fall Beach Blast, Lady Eagle Classic). The three team crowns were the most since the program also won three tournaments in 1996-97. The 2010-11 Lady Tigers also had eight top-10 showings, the most since the 2000-01 squad had 10 top-10s. The 2010-11 team placed fourth at the C-USA Championships, and Steen was the event's individual runner-up. Steen also won three individual titles, tying Stacey Tate for the most crowns in a season. Tate's three individual titles came in 2006. Although the 2010-11 season somewhat overshadowed the 2009-10 and 2011-12 campaigns, those Harrelson teams produced great moments. The 2009-10 squad had eight top-10 finishes and six top-five showings, including two team titles. The Lady Tigers placed fourth at the C-USA Championships, posting the program's third-lowest, 54-hole score (895). It is also Memphis lowest 54-hole total at the league's postseason event. Individually, Aläng carded the second-lowest, 54-hole individual score (219) in Lady Tigers C-USA Championships history. In 2011-12, Harrelson's Lady Tigers logged seven top-10 showings and three top-five finishes, including two tournament championships. The squad tied for fourth at the 2012 C-USA Championships. Two golfers -- Steen (two) and Glavin (one) -- combined for three individual titles. Harrelson's first season (2008-09) as the Lady Tigers head coach saw her lead the squad to six top-10 finishes. Prior to taking over her alma mater's golf program, Harrelson was an instructor at Memphis National Golf Club and also served as St. Mary's High School golf head coach. A 1987 Memphis graduate, Harrelson participated on the Futures Tour for two years (1986-88), before moving to Scottsdale, Ariz., to work as an assistant professional at the TPC of Scottsdale during the winter and at Stonebridge Golf Club (Collierville, Tenn.) the remainder of the year. In 1987, Harrelson won the Memphis Women's Golf Association and Double Eagle Golf tournament. She also was the 1988 Tennessee State Tournament medalist. She returned to the city of Memphis permanently in 1990 and accepted as full-time position as the assistant pro at Stonebridge Golf Club. She became the golf instructor at Stonebridge in 1991 and held that position until 1998 when she moved to Quail Ridge Golf Club in Bartlett, Tenn., as the golf instructor. While working at Stonebridge Golf Club, she earned her PGA Class A membership in 1995. A Briarcrest High School graduate, Harrelson signed a volleyball scholarship with the University of Alabama, before declining that offer to attend Memphis. She arrived on campus in 1982 and played for head coach Diane Hale's Tigers volleyball program. After redshirting the 1983-84 academic year, Harrelson made the transition to golf in 1984 and received the team's Most Improved Player award for the 1984-85 campaign. As a senior, Harrelson was selected team captain and posted the team's lowest scoring average. Harrelson, a 1999 M Club Hall of Fame member-, also was inducted into the Briarcrest High School Sports Hall of Fame in 2006. She and her husband, Tim, have two daughters, Megan and Grace, and a son, Jon.

Andrews is in her second stint as an assistant with the Lady Tigers and returns to the program after serving 20-plus years in the athletics department administration/compliance office. Andrews first served as a Lady Tigers assistant coach from 1983-86, before taking over as head coach from 1986-91. During her head coaching tenure, Andrews guided the Lady Tigers to 31 top-10 finishes and 12 top-five showings, including four-straight Metro Conference Championships top-fives. From 1988-91, Andrews' squads finished no lower than third place (1988-90, third place; 1991, second place). She also led the Lady Tigers to the program's first tournament title when they won the UAB Lady Blazer Invitational in the fall of 1988. Two of Andrews' golfers -- Leslie Folsom in 1989 and Gia Kronske in 1990 and 1991 -- earned All-Metro Conference honors. As an assistant from 1983-86, Andrews helped the Lady Tigers to 14 top-10 finishes, including a fifth-place performance at the 1986 Metro Conference Championships. Andrews has won the Memphis City Women's Golf Championships title numerous times and has competed in major tournaments such as the Women's Transnational Golf Association, Women's Southern Golf Association and Women's Tennessee Golf Association. A teacher of the game, Andrews has also contributed time to the development of junior golfers by working at several golf camps throughout the Southeast. A 1982 Christian Brothers University of graduate, Andrews was a four-year letterwinner in both basketball and volleyball. She was named to the 1981 NAIA volleyball All-Tournament Team and also earned all-conference honors in basketball. Andrews played golf as a child and began focusing on her game during her college years.
