Moore's second season (2013-14), Michigan went 20-14 and made the third round of the WNIT. The Wolverines also set then-program records for points (2,351) and assists (524). Moore helped guards Shannon Smith, Elmblad and Siera Thompson earn All-Big Ten honors after each one averaged double figures for the season. Siera Thompson set a then-freshman record for three-pointers in a season (75) and hit a three-pointer in all 34 games. Moore helped Michigan to one of its most successful seasons in program history during her first season in 2012-13, as the Wolverines tied program records for wins (22) and consecutive wins (10). U-M made just its third second-round appearance in the NCAA Tournament after earning a No. 8 seed. Moore was instrumental in the development of Michigan's guards, helping seniors Kate Thompson (second team) and Jenny Ryan (third team) to All-Big Ten honors. Thompson set a new school record with 110 three-pointers on the season, finishing her career ranked as Michigan's second-most prolific three-point shooter. On the recruiting trail, Moore helped Michigan sign a five-member class in 2014 that ranked as the No. 23 class in the country by the All-Star Girls Report. The 2015 recruiting class that Moore helped bring in was a consensus top 20 class by all recruiting sites. Moore came to Ann Arbor with 10 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level, including five seasons as an assistant at Princeton University (2007-12). During her stint with the Tigers, she worked primarily with the post players and was the recruiting coordinator. Moore helped Princeton post a 95-50 overall and a 65-16 record in the Ivy League. In addition, Princeton finished with two perfect 14-0 Ivy League slates and earned the Ivy League's first-ever women's basketball national ranking in 2012 at No. 24. She helped guide Princeton to three consecutive Ivy league titles and berths into the NCAA Tournament. Princeton earned the best seed ever in Ivy League history when it entered the 2012 NCAA Tournament at No. 9. Entering 2011-12, Moore was ranked No. 12 on collegeinsiders.com's Top-25 Mid-Major Women's College Basketball Assistants. The Tigers finished the year at 24-5 (14-0 Ivy) and rode a 17-game winning streak into the NCAA Tournament. The 2010-11 squad posted a 24-5 overall record and earned votes in both national polls throughout the season. The Tigers went 13-1 in the Ivy League to win their second straight championship, earning the program's second consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament. In 2009-10, Princeton finished 26-3 with a perfect 14-0 mark in the League to reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history. The team set numerous records during the year including: most wins in a season (26), winning 25 of those 26 games by double figures, most road victories (14), longest win streak (21), longest home win streak (9), fewest losses (3), best win percentage (.897), most conference wins (14), most points (2,051), and highest scoring average (70.7). The Tigers ranked sixth in the nation in scoring defense and fifth in scoring margin. Prior to joining the staff at Princeton, Moore was an assistant coach at University of Dayton for one season after gaining experience at both Indiana State and her alma mater, Siena College. Moore graduated from Siena in 1999 with a degree in finance and spent two years following graduation playing professionally in Luxembourg and Israel. She remains the all-time leading rebounder and ranks second in the category in Siena's Division I history, with 1,122 rebounds and 2,021 points. She was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Player of the Year in both 1998 and 1999. In 2001, Moore returned to Siena as an admissions officer before joining the women's basketball staff as an assistant coach for the 2002-03 season. That year, Siena advanced to the second round of the WNIT, and the Saints followed that up in 2003-04 with a second straight MAAC regular-season title. A native of Glandorf, Ohio, Moore then moved to Indiana State for a two-year stint from 2004-06. In 2005-06, the Sycamores won 27 games and played in the WNIT. Moore is married to her husband Joe. They are parents to two children, Tristin and Ayla.
