Jim Boulanger
Head Coach
Boulanger enters his 33rd season as coordinator of the men and women's cross country and track and field program. In his tenure at UNH the program has produced multiple New England champions, IC4A honorees and NCAA regional qualifiers as well as three All-Americans. On the mens side, Boulanger has coached six America East Performer of the Meet award winners, four Scholar-Athletes and three individual cross country league champions since the 1997-98 season. Boulanger is currently in the midst of one of the most prolific runs of success in UNH Athletics history. Over the last 51 America East Championships in cross country, indoor and outdoor track, the Wildcat mentor has guided his men's teams to 15 first-place finishes, 15 second places and eight thirds. He won America East "Coach of the Year" for outdoor track during the 1990,1996-1999 seasons along with winning the award for indoor track in 1995, 1997, 1998, 2000 and 2005. He guided the cross country squad to eight league championships from 1998-08, earning Coach of the Year honors a total of seven times during the 10-year span. Boulanger went on to capture outdoor Coach of the Year honors in 2006 and in back-to-back seasons during the 2008 and 2009 campaigns. A 1975 graduate of UNH, Boulanger took over the program in 1982 after serving three years as an assistant. Dan Randlett
Assistant Coach
Randlett joined the University of New Hampshire men's track & field staff in October 2013. Randlett serves as the director of operations and recruiting coordinator. He also assists in coaching sprints, hurdles, jumps and relays. Randlett was a member of the UNH track and field team from 2004-08 and primarily competed in hurdles. Upon graduation, Randlett worked as a volunteer assistant coach from 2009-12, mainly working with sprinters and hurdlers. In the 2012-13 season, he coached at Adrian College in Adrian, Mich. His athletes broke multiple school records while two qualified for the Division III NCAA Championships. A shot putter of Randletts finished as an NCAA finalist and was named a Division III All-American. A native of Newfields, N.H., Randlett attended Exeter High School prior to his time at New Hampshire. He graduated in 2008 and earned his masters degree in pedagogy in 2009 from UNH.

Thaddeus Kusiak
Assistant Coach
Kusiak is in his second year as an assistant coach for the men's and women's track and field teams. A 2013 graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Kusiak competed in throwing events for the Rams and was selected to the 2013 National Collegiate Division I All-Academic Men's Track and Field Team. He graduated from URI with a degree in Arts in psychology. Prior to enrolling at Rhode Island, Kusiak attended Springfield College for one year where he played baseball. Kusiak most recently received his level I track & field certification. Kusiak graduated from Mt. Mansfield Union High School in Vermont in 2008. During his time there, he played football, baseball and competed in track and field. As a senior, he captained the baseball team and was selected to the First Team All-Metro Baseball Team as a pitcher and was named the Vermont Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association Athlete of the Month. Kusiak is a native of Jericho, Vt. Thaddeus Kusiak is in his second year as an assistant coach for the men's and women's track and field teams.
