University of Saint Francis Women's Softball

Bolyn continues to work at making USF softball as good as it can be by attending and working other collegiate camps in the off-season. He is always looking for drills and ideas to help his Lady Cougars maximize their athletic talent. A 2001 University of Saint Francis graduate, Bolyn enjoys the challenge of working with student-athletes to help them excel in the classroom as well. He returns for his eleventh season with the Lady Cougars who have had 35 all-conference or all-tournament selections, and 21 NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athletes during his tenure. His Lady Cougars were also ranked nineteenth in NAIA in 2009 for the Girls Got Game All-Academic Team. Bolyn is currently first in career wins (148) as head coach at USF. He has also served three years as lead instructor at the University of Notre Dame Softball Camp and has worked the TPX Vortex Softball Recruiting Camp in Michigan and Indiana. At USF, Bolyn played baseball for three seasons (1997-1999) and golf for one year (2001). He served as a volunteer assistant golf coach at USF in 2003 and 2004 and as co-head coach for USF womens tennis. Currently Bolyn serves as an adjunct faculty member of the Health and Exercise Science program. Bolyn, his wife, Melissa, who is a 2001 graduate, and sons Brody and Reid reside in Uniondale, Indiana.
