University of South Carolina-Sumter Women's Volleyball

My name is Heath Griffin and I have been the Head Coach at the University of South Carolina since August of 2022.  We proudly made it to our Region 10 finals last season, finishing second overall. We are currently sitting in second for this season and hoping to make a strong run for the 2023 Region 10 Championship.  Before coming to USCS, I was a hitting coach and assistant coach for Coker University.  After three years, I served as an interim head coach.  My wife (a former collegiate player) and I started a club volleyball program in my hometown in 2007, which consisted of 2 teams and now averages 12 to 14 teams. I have been involved in coaching high school, club and college level volleyball for the last 25 years and can truly say I enjoy every minute of it.  I love to teach the game that brought so much joy to my life to others, in hope that they will prosper from it as well!
