Head Coach

Coppernoll has the most coaching victories in the history of the UW-Oshkosh women's soccer program and the 3rd-highest win total in WIAC annals. She has led the Titans to all five of their NCAA Division III Championship appearances. Most recently the Titans won the WIAC regular season and the Conference Tournament Championship in 2021.

Greg Ruark

Assistant Coach

Greg Ruark enters his third season as the top assistant with the UW-Oshkosh women’s soccer program in 2026.   Prior to arriving at Oshkosh, Ruark had 42 years of coaching experience across the high school and college levels. His most recent collegiate coaching stop was as the head coach of Ripon College women's soccer from 2017-21, compiling a 23-47-6 record to rank second in wins in program history. Five Red Hawks earned All-Midwest Conference honors during his tenure, and one student-athlete was named the MWC's Elite 20 award winner.   Between collegiate coaching stints at Oshkosh and Ripon, Ruark was the director of parks and recreation in Greencastle, Ind.   Before his five-year run leading Ripon, Ruark was with the Oshkosh United Soccer Club as the director of player development and Lawrence University as a men's soccer assistant coach. From 2013-18, Ruark was the girls soccer head coach at Oshkosh West High School, tallying a record of 56-42-10.   During his first tenure as a head coach, Ruark led the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (Ind.) men to an 84-161-12 record from 1988-2002. The Fightin' Engineers earned Academic All-America honors in 1989 and1990. Ruark was also the first RHIT women’s soccer head coach, tallying an 11-23-1 combined record in 1999 and 2000.   Ruark began his coaching career as an assistant at DePauw University (Ind.).   Ruark earned his bachelor's degree in public relations from Ball State University (Ind.) in 1981 and his master's in health and physical education from DePauw University in 1983.
