Lynne Deadrick

Head Coach

Deadrick is entering in her 23rd season as head coach of the Yellowjacket volleyball team. She enters the 2025 season for her Yellowjacket career with as the all-time wins leader among UW-Superior volleyball coaches.  In 2018 she was named UMAC Coach of the Year.   Deadrick came to UW-Superior from Vermilion Community College in Ely, Minn., where she was the head volleyball coach for 12 seasons and guiding the Ironwomen to a region championship and a fifth place national tournament finish in 1999.  Deadrick also has 13 years of experience coaching collegiate softball and 15 years as a head high school basketball coach. Deadrick resides in Esko, Minn. with her husband Shane, an admissions counselor at UW-Superior. They have three adult children - Kayla, Keely, and Kory, and four grandchildren.

Molly Stock

Head Coach

Molly Stock commences her first season as head coach of the Yellowjacket volleyball program in 2026. She was appointed to the position January 20, 2026. Stock comes to UW-Superior following three seasons at UW-Stevens Point, serving as an assistant coach for both the men's and women's volleyball programs. Throughout her time with the Pointers, she guided the women's program to the NCAA Tournament in all three seasons while continuously elevating the men's program since its inception in the 2023-24 academic year. Prior to UWSP, Stock spent a pair of seasons as a graduate assistant for the women's volleyball program at NCAA Division III Elmhurst while also aiding NCAA Division III Benedictine's men's volleyball program. She guided the Eagles to the NCAA Tournament twice, including an appearance in the national championship match with top-seeded Carthage during the 2021 season. Stock was a four-year starter at Benedictine. She was an all-conference honoree in her final two seasons, along with being named a team captain. Following her senior year, Stock was a member of the Division III Women's Volleyball Select Team that represented the United States in Brazil. In 2024, she would return to Brazil as a coach, and their team went undefeated against four Brazilian squads. A native of Naperville, Ill., Stock received her Bachelor of Science degree in sports and exercise science from Benedictine in 2021. Alicia Harris

Assistant Coach

Alicia Harris is in her second season as an assistant volleyball coach in 2025. She is responsible for the middle and pin hitters. Harris comes to the Yellowjackets after serving as the head volleyball coach at William Kelley High School for five seasons (2018-22). She has also spent two seasons as a coach for Minnesota North Volleyball Club, based out of Duluth, Minn. Furthermore, she has also served as an assistant girls' basketball for a season in Silver Bay. Collegiately, Harris spent her time at NAIA Mayville State. A member of the women's basketball team from 2013-17, she helped the Comets advance to the second round of the NAIA National Tournament in her freshman season. Obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education in the spring of 2018, Harris continued her education at Southwest Minnesota State, earning a Master of Science degree in Physical Education: Coaching of Sport in the spring of 2023. Off the court, Harris is entering her seventh year teaching elementary students physical education and Developmental Adapted Physical Education (DAPE) at William Kelley Schools. Harris resides in Silver Bay with her husband Sean.

Rachel Hering

Assistant Coach

Rachel Hering is in her second season as an assistant volleyball coach in 2025. She is involved with all facets of the program. Hering brings over ten years of coaching experience to the Yellowjackets. Most notably she co-founded Northern Revival, a volleyball club based in Superior. Hering serves as the club's director. After playing volleyball for John F. Kennedy High School in Babbitt, Minn., Hering went on to play collegiately at Vermillion Community College, graduating in 2002. She then sought out a career in the medical field, garnering multiple degrees and certifications spanning from 2003-17. Hering now serves as a registered nurse for the Superior School District, a position she has held for seven years. Hering resides in Superior.
