Ryan Burke
Head Coach
Ryan Burke enters his first as the Ursinus College men's lacrosse head coach after being introduced in January 2026. Burke joined the Bears after spending the 2025 season as an assistant coach at Babson College, where he helped guide the Beavers to their third consecutive NEWMAC Championship behind a 16-4 record. Babson defeated No. 19 Denison in their first round match up, before falling to No. 2 RIT in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Prior to Babson, Burke served as the first head men’s lacrosse coach in William Jewell University history. Hired in May 2022, he recruited a 30-player inaugural roster and led the Cardinals to a 7-8 record in their first varsity season in 2024. Burke also spent two seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Montevallo, where he oversaw the offense and worked with the goalies and face-off unit. During his tenure, the Falcons won back-to-back Peach Belt Conference championships and ranked among the top 30 in Division II in both scoring offense and scoring defense in 2021 and 2022. A 2014 graduate of Saint Leo University, Burke was a four-year midfielder for the Lions and served as team captain during his senior season. He totaled 30 goals, 20 assists, 37 caused turnovers, and 28 ground balls over 50 career games. In his final year, he ranked second on the team in assists (10) and third in points (27). Burke began his coaching career at Saint Leo as a graduate assistant in 2014 before being promoted to offensive coordinator prior to the 2017 season. Under his leadership, the Lions ranked fourth in Division II in scoring offense and advanced to the NCAA Division II national championship game for the first time in program history in 2018. He also gained Division I experience as a volunteer assistant coach at Bellarmine University, where he assisted with the defense, goalies, and face-off unit. A native of Virginia Beach, Va., Burke holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in sports business from Saint Leo University.

Jamie Steele
Assistant Coach
Steele is in his sixth season as head men's lacrosse coach at Ursinus. He led the Bears to the Centennial Conference playoffs for the first time in school history during the 2011 season, while coaching the Centennial Conference Player of the Year in Jeff Ocampo. In 2014, he led the Bears to their best Centennial Conference record in school history. Steele comes to Ursinus from Haverford College, where he served as an assistant coach for the mens lacrosse program in the role of offensive coordinator. He is no stranger to the area, as Steele was head coach for six seasons at nearby Widener University. While at Widener, Steele posted a 65-31 record, leading the Pioneers to four Middle Atlantic Conference championships. The team advanced to the NCAA Division III Championship tournament four times. He also led Widener to the schools first win in the tournament in 2006. During that season, the program posted 13 wins, which was a school record. He is the all-time wins leader at Widener. He was a convention speaker at the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association in 2002 and served on the NCAA Regional Ranking Committee from 2004 to 2006. He has also played in the Centennial Conference, serving as captain for the Gettysburg College mens lacrosse squad in 1994. That season, the Bullets advanced to the NCAA Division III semifinals, while winning the Centennial Conference crown. Steele returned to Gettysburg in 1996, serving as an assistant coach for the program as defensive coordinator. During the 1999 season, the team set a Centennial Conference record for fewest goals in a season. Steele is a 1994 graduate of Gettysburg College with a degree in sociology, and earned his masters degree from McDaniel in 1999 in physical education with a concentration in athletic administration.

Michael Jablonski
Assistant Coach
Jablonski enters his first season as the assistant coach of the Ursinus College men’s lacrosse program. Coach Jablonski brings a proven record of leadership, player development, and competitive success at the collegiate and club levels. He began his collegiate coaching career at Wheeling Jesuit University during the 2018–19 season before joining Muskingum University in 2019. Over four years, Coach Jablonski earned three promotions, advancing from graduate assistant to intern/part-time, then full-time assistant, and ultimately head coach. From 2023–2025, he led Muskingum as head coach and guided the program to several historic milestones, including its first Academic All-American, First Team All-Conference selection, second winningest season ever and highest GPA in program history. As a collegiate player, Coach Jablonski competed at Wheeling Jesuit University, where he totaled 24 points (17 goals, seven assists) in 30 career games. During his senior season, he recorded 15 points in 15 games while shooting 42% and scored goals against nationally ranked opponents, including No. 8 NYIT and No. 10 Lake Erie. He also served as a two-year member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Coach Jablonski was a highly decorated athlete at L’Anse Creuse High School. He earned two All-State Honorable Mention selections and recorded back-to-back 100-point seasons in 2013 and 2014. He finished second in the state in goals in 2014 with 77 and third in 2013 with 70. With 176 career goals and 242 points, he ranked 22nd all-time in MHSAA goals and 37th all-time in points, while becoming L’Anse Creuse’s all-time leading goal scorer. He concluded his high school career 12th in MHSAA history for goals, playing under Don Roda and legendary coach Don Lutz. In addition to his collegiate experience, Coach Jablonski has an extensive club coaching background. He spent seven years with 313 Lacrosse (2015–2022) as an assistant coach, focusing on offensive development and skill training. From 2019–2024, he coached with Premier Lacrosse Group (PLG), contributing to practice planning, curriculum development, and player evaluations, while helping lead teams to championships at the Great Lax Bay Cup in 2021 and Midwest Prime in 2023. From 2024–2025, Coach Jablonski coached with Resolute Lacrosse, leading the 2027 Black State Team to a Champions Cup title in winter box lacrosse and coaching the 2026 Red State Team during the summer season. His responsibilities included game planning, practice organization, parent communication, player advising, and evaluations. Most recently, he joined NXT Lacrosse, where he serves as an assistant coach for the 2027 team, and assistant director for the Phila A's box program.

David Page
Assistant Coach
Page is in his fifth season as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Ursinus. He was a three-year starting goalie for Kenyon and team captain his senior season. Over his career he had a 60.1 save percentage and allowed 7.6 goals per game. He was in the NCAA tournament two times, and finished second all-time in Kenyon history in goals against average. In 2009, Page was awarded first team all-league. He also earned second team all-league honors in 2008. He was also named player of the week by NCAC, and was a three-time James A. Buffalin Award winner as Defensive MVP at Kenyon.
