Rachel Boyle
Head Coach
Boyle returns for her 15th season as the Shorewomens head coach and 17th year as part of the Washington College field hockey coaching staff. During her tenure as head coach, the Shorewomen have reached postseason play on seven occasions, including trips to the Centennial Conference Tournament four of the last six seasons. The Shorewomen have twice reached the Centennial Conference Semifinals in the last eight years. With Boyle on staff, Washington College field hockey players have earned All-Centennial Conference recognition 43 times. Additionally, the Shorewomen have received the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Academic Team Award 11 times, most recently in 2015. Coach Boyle earned a B.S. in Sport Industry and Coaching from Division I Ohio University in 1996. During her four-year career as a Bobcat, Boyle was a starting defender as a junior and senior and served as a team co-captain during the 1995 season. Boyle was a four-year letter-winner and helped the Bobcats reach the Mid-American Conference Tournament her junior and senior seasons. Boyle serves as the athletic departments Coordinator of Student-Athlete Services and earned an M.S. in Psychology from Washington College in 2006. Coach Boyle holds a Level II Accreditation from the USA Field Hockey Association and is an active member of both the US Field Hockey Futures Development Program and the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. Boyle and her husband David have three children - Marcus, Lexi, and Brady - and reside in Chestertown.

Kelli Williams
Assistant Coach
Williams was named an assistant field hockey coach at Washington College during the summer of 2015. Williams had an outstanding playing career at Lynchburg College. As a senior at Lynchburg, Williams earned All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) first-team, All-South Region first-team, and All-State second-team honors. She was also named to the 2013 ODAC All-Tournament Team. She scored seven goals as a senior, helping the Hornets win their eighth consecutive ODAC Championship. Williams was also named an All-ODAC third-team selection as a junior, scoring four goals and registering three assists. She scored a career-best 13 goals and had a career-high seven assists as a sophomore after scoring four goals as a freshman. In addition to winning four conference championships, the Hornets went 71-15 during Williams's four-year playing career. She graduated from Lynchburg with a degree in Environmental Science in 2014.

Steph Harryman
Assistant Coach
Harryman returned to her alma mater as an assistant field hockey coach and recruiting coordinator in the summer of 2015. She returned to the Eastern Shore after serving as the assistant field hockey coach at Oberlin College and Conservatory in Oberlin, Ohio. Harryman, a three year starting goalkeeper for the Shorewomen, capped off her career in 2013, earning All-Centennial Conference honorable mention. She was also named her team's Most Valuable Player, was chosen to play in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Senior All-Star Game, and was the female recipient of the Sho'men Club Award. Harryman previously earned All-Centennial Conference honorable mention in 2011 and named her team's Most Improved Player in 2011. She finished her career with 401 saves, 24 victories and six shutouts. During her time at Oberlin College, Harryman was mainly responsible for the development of the defensive unit, primarily the goalkeepers. She helped coach three All-North Coast Athletic Conference selections and one first team All-Great Lakes Region goalkeeper. She also severed as the recruiting coordinator for the Yeowomen. Steph earned a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in history in May 2014.
