In 2004-05, his team won the bi-district championship for the first time in school history. In addition to leading the womens squad since 2007, Posey also coached the WBU mens soccer team in 2009 and 2010 in the teams first two seasons. The coach has earned his NSCAA Advanced National Coaching License and his USSF D License.

Attended Tyler Junior College from 2017 to 2019. During my time as an Apache, I was honored to compete in both seasons' national tournaments, earning a national championship the first year and national runner-up the following year. In the Fall of 2019, I began my journey at Wayland and graduated in the Fall of 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science and a minor in Psychology. During that time, I earned numerous accolades ranging from team MVP to SAC & NAIA Academic All-American, and became the 4th all-time leading goal scorer, 10 of which came from the center back position and the remaining 12 in my last season as a striker.  Wayland has provided me with so many opportunities and I am blessed to gain coaching experience as well as furthering my education as I pursue a master's in Counseling.
