Jennifer Kroll
Head Coach
Kroll led the Blue to a 16-10 overall mark, with a 13-7 record in NEWMAC play. Wellesley earned the #4 seed in the NEWMAC tournament, hosting a playoff game for the third straight year before making thier second consecutive apperance in the ECAC Tournament. The 2007 NCAA East Region and Liberty League Coach of the Year, as well as the 2000 Empire 8 Coach of the Year, Kroll served on the NCAA East Regional Advisory Committee from 2007 to 2009. In 13 years as a head coach, Kroll has coached over thirty All-Conference players and three All-Americans. Kroll came to Wellesley after a successful five-year stint at St. Lawrence University where she guided the Saints to an impressive 101-35 (.742) overall mark with a 56-14 (.800) Liberty League record. Kroll led the Saints to a 10-4 Liberty League mark in the 2008-09 season, while wrapping up the third consecutive NCAA Tournament berth and the second straight conference championship for the program. Prior to coaching at St. Lawrence, Kroll spent four seasons at the University of Chicago where, in 2000-01, she guided the Maroons to a 15-9 record, marking the programs first winning season in six years. She served on several campus-wide committees including the Ratner Center Opening Ceremonies Committee, the Professional Expectations Committee, and the Personnel Reappointment Committee. Kroll started her head-coaching career at Ithaca College in the Bombers 1999-2000 campaign. In just one season, she guided Ithaca to a 21-7 mark, the ECAC Upstate New York championship, and a share of the Empire 8 Conference title. Before Ithaca, Kroll served as an assistant coach at Cornell University from 1995-99 and as a graduate assistant at the University of Kentucky from 1992-94. A 1991 graduate of Northwestern University, Kroll played in two NCAA Division I tournaments and was part of the 1990 Big Ten Conference championship team. She earned her master's degree in sports management at Kentucky in 1995, and is an inaugural inductee to the Bishop Alemany High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Jess Kelliher
Assistant Coach
Jess Kelliher joined Wellesley as Assistant Basketball Coach and Athletics Communications Assistant at Wellesley College in July 2023. Kelliher came to Wellesley after spending the 2022-23 season as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Nichols College. In addition to her experience at Nichols, Kelliher has been the Head Basketball Coach and Development Coordinator for the Mass Huskies AAU basketball program since November of 2020. With Mass Huskies, Kelliher is the head coach of four different AAU basketball teams ranging from 4th to 11th grade, helping to organize and run clinics and showcases to help players with college recruitment, promote the program, and ensure player retention. A 2016 graduate of Nichols with a degree in Business Administration, Kelliher earned her MBA from Nichols in 2018. While at Nichols, Kelliher was a four-year member of the women's basketball team, appearing in over 100 career games for the Bison.
