Aimee Klepacki
Head Coach
Klepacki completed her 17th season at the helm of the Western New England University women's lacrosse program in 2016. A native of New City, N.Y., she has a 222-100 career record for a .689 winning percentage at Western New England, ranking in the top-15 among both active and all-time NCAA Division III coaches. During its seven years in the league, Western New England won 40 of 43 NEWLA contests for a 93.0 winning percentage. In 2006, Klepacki directed Western New England to a 13-6 record (6-0 in NEWLA) while leading her team to its third consecutive NEWLA Tournament title (and fourth in five years). Klepacki led Western New England to a 16-2 record in 2002, which at the time was a school record for wins. Her team also placed first in the NEWLA with a perfect 6-0 mark and captured its first NEWLA Tournament title with a 15-6 victory over Bridgewater State. Klepacki was named the NEWLA Coach of the Year in 2001, 2002, and 2005. Klepacki enjoyed a successful rookie season in 2000 as the Golden Bears posted an 11-6 record while qualifying for the program's first ECAC Division III Tournament. She served as an assistant coach under Heather Somers during the team's first varsity season in 1999. A 1996 graduate of Springfield College where she earned her bachelor of science degree in elementary education, Klepacki was a member of the women's lacrosse and swimming teams for four years. She earned a master of science in education from City College of New York, and has a teacher certification in physical education from Springfield College. Klepacki is a 1992 graduate of Clarkstown North High School where she was captain of both the girls' lacrosse and swimming teams. She was named all-section and all-league in both sports, and was a three-year letter-winner in indoor track and field. She previously served on the NCAA Division III Regional Advisory Committee from 2005-07 and since 2007 serves on the IWLCA Division III All-Region Committee. Her husband is the men's lacrosse coach at Western New England. They are the parents of three children, Payton Noel who was born on August 27, 2003, John "Jake" Anthony born on October 22, 2004, and Callie Marie born on February 2, 2009. Klepacki also currently serves as the aquatics director and instructor of physical education at Western New England. She is in charge of scheduling groups, pool hours, and overseeing the lifeguards as well as teaching health and physical education classes. She added responsibilities as Senior Woman Administrator in Spring 2013 and Assistant Athletics Director in Spring 2015. The Aimee Klepacki Coaching Record (17 seasons)

Jay Weber
Assistant Coach
Weber arrives at Western New England for his 20th season in the NCAA. Weber will serve as the Sprints, Hurdles and Jumps Coach at WNE for the inaugural season. Weber had an impressive 5 years at WPI helping both men and women's team to their first ever NEWMAC Conference Championship in 2021 and again for the women in 2022. Also helping place 9th in the NCAA National Championship in 2022 the highest in school history. While at WPI Weber coached seven school records. Women's Indoor and outdoor Long jump (5.88m and 6.06m ) and outdoor Triple Jump (11.66m). On the men's side Weber saw records for Indoor and Outdoor Pole Vault (4.98m and 5.06m), Heptathlon (4516) and the Indoor Triple Jump (14.01m). Weber landed 76 athletes on the top 10 all time Jumpers list. Weber coached 4 All Americans including a national runner up in the long jump and a 7th place finish, 3 men’s all Americans in the pole vault. As well as Multiple New England and All New England Champions. Prior to WPI Weber Spent 13 years at Westfield State University, coaching men’s and women’s school record holders in the pole vault with jumps of 5.01m and 3.90m. Weber also has coached 32 men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor pole vault champions, including the conference record holders in both the men's and women’s indoor and outdoor championships. In all, he coached 10 NCAA qualifiers and NCAA All-Americans in the pole vault men's outdoor, men's indoor and women’s outdoor. As well as the Women’s 400m (indoor), 400 Hurdles, Steeple and the men's Decathlon. Weber oversaw MASCAC Conference, New England , All New England, All-ECAC honors and champions.

Luke Chastain
Assistant Coach
Luke Chastain brings a wealth of experience to track and field, both as an athlete and a coach, entering his first season with WNE as an assistant coach. Originally from New Milford, CT, he competed for nine years, specializing in the 400m and earning titles as a NEWMAC Champion and New England DIII Champion at Springfield College. During his four years there, he developed a deep understanding of sprint mechanics and high-performance training. After earning a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science with a Minor in Athletic Coaching, Luke transitioned into coaching, accumulating three years of experience working with athletes of all ages. His coaching focuses on refining sprint mechanics, building explosive power, and enhancing overall athletic performance. With a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, he helps athletes maximize their potential on and off the track.
