Glavanic became the head coach of the Western Mustangs men's tennis team in 1989-1990. A certified tennis professional, he also teaches at Greenhills Golf Club in Lambeth, Ontario, as well as Godlife Fitness in London, Ontario. Finding a great deal of success in his time as head coach of the mens tennis team, Anthony won his 11th OUA championship as head coach in the 2014-15 and was recognized with OUA Coach of the Year honors for the 2012-13 season. Anthony also runs Ontarios largest tennis circuit for tournaments, with eight sanctioned OTA tournaments. His highest ranking as a player was number 21 nationally in Canadas mens open division.
