Sue Dulaney
Head Coach
Sue Dulaney is the most successful junior college coach in the state of Utah and is currently at Westminster (UT) College (University), which is a private NCAA Division 2 college that competes in the prestigious Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. A true lover of the game and volleyball coach for the last 39 years, Dulaney's coaching experience has included high school, club, two-year college and the NCAA. Her longest tenure included the highly prominent Salt Lake Community College which continues to be always in the top 20 National rankings. Leading the Bruins to five Region 9 titles and four Region runner-up finishes. Not only did the program produce 16 All-Americans and 4 Players of the Year, it stood out academically as the team achieved 5 AVCA All Academic Teams of the Year. In her first year at the NCAA level the Griffins program grew athletically and also posted a team gpa of 3.7. Her recruiting connections throughout the state have been strong and Dulaney enjoys working showcases and watching players develop.

I have assisted and managed recruiting for Westminster College since 2017. Master's in Sport Psychology, work as a Mental Performance Coach for HeadStrong Consulting and work with teams and athletes to improve performance through mental skills training. I have coached high school and currently coach club as well. I love working with young athletes, engaging in the recruiting process, and building the Westminster program to empower our student athletes to compete at a high level while engaging in a rigorous education.
