Westminster College Men's Lacrosse

Geiger enters his second year as the head men's lacrosse coach for the 2017 season. Geiger, the first-ever men's lacrosse coach in Westminster history, coached two All-Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) honorees in the program's inaugural season. The Titans won two-straight games to start off the historic season. Geiger previously served as an assistant coach at SUNY Brockport in Brockport, NY.  Prior to SUNY Brockport, he was an assistant coach for the Varsity Boys' Lacrosse team at Brockport High School (NY). A native of Fairport, New York, Geiger graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and Foreign Language. While at West Point, Geiger played defense on the NCAA Division I Army lacrosse team for Hall of Fame Coach Jack Emmer. Geiger also served as the West Point Junior Varsity lacrosse team coach during his junior and senior years. Following his graduation from West Point, Geiger spent six years as an Infantry Officer in the US Army where he received the Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal for leadership in multiple combat engagements while serving in the Iraq War for 15 months from 2007-2008. Geiger has currently been a Senior Military Science Instructor in the Army ROTC program at Rochester Institute of Technology.

VanThof graduated from Nazareth in 2011 with a degree in History and concentration in Inclusive Adolescent Education. During his time at Nazareth, VanThof helped the Golden Flyers to NCAA Tournament appearances in 2009 and 2011 and an Empire 8 Conference championship in 2009. Before joining the Saints, VanThof was head coach of the Penfield Middle School Team. He also coached defenders for the Penfield varsity squad. He has worked several camps including the Nazareth Lacrosse Camp, the Penn State Freshman and Sophomore Prospect Camp, the Penn State Instructional Camp, and the Penfield Youth Camp. Paul received his Master's degree in Higher Education Leadership from Siena Heights in May 2015.
