Head Coach
McNeil enters his 10th year as the head coach for the mens and womens cross country and track & field programs at Westminster College for the 2016-17 season. McNeil (a six-time PAC Coach of the Year recipient) has coach the Titan track & field teams to a combined nine Presidents Athletic Conference (PAC) titles. He immediately put his thumbprint on the programs as the Titan womens track and field team won the Outdoor Presidents Athletic Conference (PAC) championship in each of his first three years (2008, 2009, 2010); after winning its first-ever PAC title in McNeils first year in 08. Westminster also claimed the PAC title in 2012. Additionally, the Titan womens team won the PAC Indoor Championships 2016; they also won the leagues unofficial Indoor Championships in 2013 and 2014. The mens track and field team won its first-ever PAC title in 2011, followed by two more championships in 2012 and 2013. The Titan mens team added a 2016 Outdoor PAC Championship, after claiming the unofficial title in 2014. Other unprecedented success achieved by the Titans under McNeil are the 15 NCAA National Qualifiers and 13 All-American honors, including the programs first-ever for both the mens and womens programs. Additionally womens cross country team placed second in the PAC and 17th at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional, each marking the teams highest-ever finish. McNeil was named PAC Womens Track & Field Coach of the Year in 2008, 2010, and 2016 and PAC Mens Track & Field Coach of the Year in 2011, 2012, and 2016. McNeil became the schools first full-time employee exclusively dedicated to coaching both the Titan track and field and cross country programs when he was hired in July 2007. A native of Mineral Ridge, Ohio, McNeil is a 1996 graduate of Westminster having excelled for the Titans in track and field and football. In track, McNeil was a three-time qualifier for the NAIA national championships in the 400-meter hurdles from 1994-96. His school record of 53.8 in the 400 hurdles still stands. On the grid-iron, McNeil was the most valuable player in the 1994 NAIA national championship game. McNeil ranks second on the schools career receptions list (129) and fifth in the receiving yards (1,849) in four seasons from 1992-95. McNeil previously coached track and field at John F. Kennedy High School in Warren, Ohio, from 2000-06 where he was the schools assistant principal from 2004-06. A 2005 inductee to the Westminster Titan Sports Hall of Fame, McNeil completed his masters degree in education from his alma mater in 2004. McNeil and his wife Jennifer reside in Niles, Ohio, with their daughter, Zoey, and son, Micah. Jenny Krueger
Assistant Coach
Krueger enters her third season as an assistant coach for the Titan cross country teams in 2016. Krueger, a 2012 Westminster gradaute, was a First Team All-PAC for the Titans and an All-PAC performer in the steeplechase, the 5,000, the 10,000 and currently holds the school record in the 6-kilometer cross country race and in the 5,000 and the 10,000. She will also be coaching the distance runners for the Westminster track & field teams. Jenny Krueger Assistant Coach/Distance Coach Jenny Krueger enters her third season as an assistant coach for the Titan cross country teams in 2016. Krueger, a 2012 Westminster gradaute, was a First Team All-PAC for the Titans and an All-PAC performer in the steeplechase, the 5,000, the 10,000 and currently holds the school record in the 6-kilometer cross country race and in the 5,000 and the 10,000. Yohman is serving as an assistant coach for strength and conditioning for the Westminster football program while he completes his undergraduate degree in exercise science at Youngstown State. Yohman is a native of New Wilmington and a 2008 graduate of Wilmington High School.

Colyn Haugh
Coach
Haugh enters his third season as an assistant coach of the Titan track and field program in 2016. Haugh is also the offensive line/recruiting coordinator for the Westminster football team. Haugh previously was the defensive line coach, director of football operations and equipment manager at Division I Saint Francis University for the past three seasons. During his time at St. Francis as the defensive line coach, Haugh was in charge of the overall development and success of the defensive line. He also worked closely with the defensive coordinator in the creation of weekly game plans. Prior to coaching at St. Francis, Haugh was a defensive line coach/video coordinator at Robert Morris University as a graduate assistant where he also completed his undergraduate degree. In 2006, Haugh was named Second-Team All-Northeast Conference, recorded 48 tackles, 5 sacks, and 8.5 tackles for loss and was named team captain for five games during the season. Haugh earned his masters degree from Robert Morris University in 2009.
