William Penn University Men's Golf

Tucker is in his third stint with the men's program.  His second trip as skipper was highlighted in the spring of 2008 when Cole Reiman was medalist of the Midwest Collegiate Conference Championship.  He led another player to all-tournament honors in 2007 as well. Over the years, Tucker has had a strong connection to William Penn, including serving as President of the Alumni Association, President and Treasurer of the Athletic Booster Club, member of the Board of Trustees, and adjunct instructor of accounting for 18 years. Tucker and his wife Lisa are parents of eight children, including Stephanie (former WPU student), Grant (WPU Class of 2007), Alex (former WPU student), Megan (WPU Class of 2009), Laura, Mitchell, Clay (senior and current golf team member), and Spencer.  Grant and Alex both received letters in golf, while Megan lettered in volleyball. Byron Lindeque is in his second year as Graduate Assistant Mens Golf Coach. A 2015 graduate of William Penn with a degree in Public Accounting, Lindeque was a four-year letterwinner for the Statesmen.  He earned honorable-mention all-Midwest Collegiate Conference laurels as a junior and posted a pair of 69s in his career, which tie him for the fourth-lowest scores in school history.  Lindeque also carded a hole-in-one as a senior, part of a back-nine 33 at the Central Methodist Open. Lindeque is currently working on his Master's of Business Leadership degree from William Penn and is studying for his CPA.
