Radkowiec became the William Woods University men and women's cross country/track and field coach in the summer of 2010. Radkowiec is the third cross country/track and field coach at William Woods. During his six-year tenure William Woods has sent 72 athletes to the NAIA Nationals Championships. Of those 72 athletes, 22 of them have earned NAIA All-American honors and one has won an NAIA National Championship (Anthony Stockton 2013 hammer throw). Also under the watch of Radkowiec, the Owls have won 14 American Midwest Conference (AMC) Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Championships, two American Midwest Conference Cross Country Championships, as well as coaching three-consecutive athletes to an individual championship at the American Midwest Conference Cross County Championships (Cheryl Held in 2010, Kristi Palmer in 2011, Ryan Meyer in 2012). During the 2015 Cross Country season, Radkowiec won his second AMC Womens Cross Country title in three years and was named AMC Coach of the Year. He led the mens side to a fourth place and Alex Thompson qualified for the NAIA Cross Country National Championships. In 2014-15, was another successful year for Radkowiec and the WWU Cross Country and Track and Field programs. Radkowiec led the Womens AMC Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Championships and was named Womens Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Coach of the Year. At the AMC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Radkowiec coached the men to a second place finish. He had 11 athletes (four Indoor/seven outdoor) qualify for the NAIA Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field National Championships. During the cross country season, Radkowiec coached his teams to a second place, womens, and fourth place, mens finish at the AMC Cross Country Championships. Under Radkowiec guidance, Kyle Gabrielson was named Freshman of the Year. He also sent two qualifiers to the National Cross Country Championships. Success continued during the 2013-14 season for coach Radkowiec and the Owls mens and womens cross country/track and field teams. The mens cross country team finished in second place at the AMC Cross Country Championships, but Kaleb Wilson qualified for the 58th Annual NAIA Mens Cross Country Championships. The womens cross country team won its first AMC Cross Country Championship since 2008, coach Radkowiec earned his first AMC Cross Country Coach of the Year award, the squad then went on to collect a 23rd place at Nationals and finished the year ranked No. 25 in the NAIA. The mens and womens indoor track and field teams both won its third straight its AMC Indoor Track and Field Championship, while also sending seven athletes to Nationals. The mens and womens outdoor track and field teams also won its third straight AMC Outdoor Track and Field Championship in 2014. Radkowiec won Coach of the Year honors on both sides, sent six athletes to Nationals and the 4x400 relay team finished in fourth place to earn NAIA All-American honors. With their win on the womens side during the outdoor season, they secured the programs first triple crown, when they won AMC cross-country, indoor and outdoor championships. The 2013 season was banner year for William Woods as both the men's and women's team completed a back-to-back sweep of the AMC Indoor and Outdoor championships. During the season Radkowiec sent 13 athletes to the NAIA Track National Championships, and produced the school's first NAIA National Champion when Anthony Stockton won the hammer throw. The 2013 season saw a school-record nine athletes be selected to the NAIA All-American team, including the school's first 4x400 All-American team of Rhett Cook, Tanner Edwards, Nick Zink and Terrell Shannon. Jon William also became the school's first mid-distance NAIA All-American in the 800-meters. The 2012 men's and women's indoor track and field team won the school's first-ever AMC team title, earning Radkowiec his first AMC Coach of the Year award. The Owls sent three athletes to the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships. Anthony Stockton received NAIA-All American status at the championships. During the outdoor season the men's and women's track and field AMC team championship for the first time in school history. Six athletes would go on the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, while Stockton earned another All-American selection. During his time at UMKC, Coach Radkowiec helped produce 15 first team All-Conference cross country and track and field athletes. UMKC had two athletes reach All-Region status, and 20 reach Academic All-Conference status during his tenure. The cross country and track and field team at UMKC had four individuals earn conference championships in his six years with the Kangaroos. While at UMKC, Radkowiec assisted with recruiting, training and academic monitoring of student-athletes. His specific area of coaching was in middle/long distance (track and field) and cross country. Radkowiec lives in Columbia, Mo., with his wife Jill and daughters Grace and Claire. Keith DeMint
Assistant Coach
DeMint became the William Woods University assistant men's and women's cross country/track and field coach during the spring of 2014. During the 2015-16 season DeMint coached 12 AMC Champions, nine NAIA National qualifiers and 3 NAIA All-Americans, as well as winning AMC Womens Cross Country Championship, AMC Mens Indoor Championship, AMC Womens Indoor Championship and AMC Womens Outdoor Championship. During the 2014-15 season DeMint coached 13 AMC Champions and seven NAIA National qualifiers, as well as winning AMC Womens Indoor Championship and AMC Womens Outdoor Championship. Coach DeMint is a 2012 graduate from Baker University with a degree in sports administration, where he competed four seasons for the Wildcats cross country/track and field teams. During his collegiate campaign, DeMint competed in the 110 meter and 400 meter hurdles, along with helping guide BU to four Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) Championships. He also helped earn the first Triple Crown Award in school history by winning a HAAC Conference Championship in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field all in the same year. The Sabetha, Kansas native, received his masters degree in education of sports management from Wichita State University in 2013. He also serves as game day supervisor for the Owls athletic home sporting events.

Amelia Wallace
Assistant Coach
Wallace is entering her first year as an assistant coach for the William Woods University track and field team. Wallace was a three-year letter winner for William Woods, where she ran the 200-meter, 400-meter, 4x100, 4x400, and the distance medley relay. During her campaign with the Owls, she helped bring home three AMC womens indoor and outdoor conference titles. She earned AMC All-Conference honors in the 400-meter, 4x100, 4x400 and DMR, while being a member of the school record holder in the 4x400-meters. The Louisiana, Missouri native, graduated from William Woods in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and will be pursuing a masters degree in Education at WWU.

Seth Thompson
Assistant Coach
Thompson is in his first season as an assistant coach for the William Woods University track and field team. He will have an emphasis in throws for WWU. Thompson was a four-year letter winner for William Woods, where he complied a successful throwing career. The Cassville, Missouri native, helped capture three AMC mens indoor and outdoor conference titles. He was a two-time AMC champion in the hammer throw and shot put, also was AMC champion in weight throw and discus throughout his campaign with the Owls. During his throwing career at WWU, he posted top five all-time records in shot put (15.08m), hammer throw (50.27m), weight throw (14.61m) and discus (40.32m). Thompson also earned AMC Field Athlete of the Year honors in 2013. While at William Woods, Thompson will be pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.
