Eisold, who was inducted into the WLC Athletics Hall of Fame in 2023, is the eighth head coach in program history. Since 2013, Eisold has served as head coach and goalkeeping director of several boys' and girls' teams at Elmbrook United Soccer Club, which formed after the merger between Brookfield Soccer Club and Elm Grove Soccer Club. He spent six seasons (2010-2015) as an assistant at WLC on Joe Luedke's men's soccer coaching staff and was the junior varsity girls' head coach at Wisconsin Lutheran High School for three years (2009-2011). The Burlington native played professionally for the Milwaukee Wave and Milwaukee Torrent, winning an MASL championship with the Wave in 2018-2019. A four-year (2006-2009) letterwinner on the Warriors men's soccer team, Eisold played 69 of 73 career games in net and was a three-time All-NACC performer. He earned First Team All-NACC and All-State Honorable Mention honors as a senior after leading the league in saves (148), save percentage (.836), and saves per game (8.22). Eisold concluded his career at Wisconsin Lutheran with 19 victories and 398 saves, which ranks second all-time in the NACC. He graduated from WLC in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Spanish and received his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2013. Eisold and his wife, Andrea, live in Brookfield with their daughter, Adeline, and son, Jae.

My name is Cedric Guichard and I am originally from a small country called Haiti.  I grew up loving and playing soccer so much that I enrolled as a field player and a goalkeeper for Plantation FC where I mostly played in goal.  As I graduated, I truly believed that I was not ready to hang my boots quite soon. I wanted to play college ball and so I enrolled at Wisconsin Lutheran college where I played for four years  Coaching and teaching has been part of my life at a young age: from coaching U-10 to coaching and training with U-18. Wisconsin Lutheran college gave me a wonderful opportunity to come and give back to a school I once was a part of.  Overall I am confident to say that Ive accumulated between 4-5 years of experience coaching various levels and positions.  Feel free to reach out!
